Digital software refund policy

Please review the screenshots, features, system requirements, license limits, and trial option before buying. Because DTF Studio is digitally delivered and activated, completed purchases are generally non-refundable after the installer, activation code, or license has been delivered or activated, except where required by law or under the limited warranty in the EULA.

Before delivery or activation

Contact support immediately. If fulfillment has not occurred, BS4U will review the cancellation request.

Verified software problem

During the EULA limited-warranty period, give BS4U a reasonable opportunity to reproduce and correct the issue on a supported Windows system. The available remedy may be correction, replacement, or refund at BS4U’s option, subject to the EULA and applicable law.

Not covered

Refunds are not provided for unsupported hardware, third-party RIP or driver limitations, production consumables, incorrect settings, failure to read requirements, buyer’s remorse after delivery, or inability to operate equipment unrelated to the software.
