BS4U DTF STUDIO END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT Effective Date: September 21, 2026 This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a binding agreement between BigSales4U LLC ("BS4U," "we," or "us") and the person or organization installing or using BS4U DTF Studio ("you"). By installing, activating, copying, or using the software, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the software and request any available refund under the seller's posted refund policy. 1. LICENSE GRANT Subject to payment, activation, and continued compliance with this Agreement, BS4U grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use BS4U DTF Studio on the number of Windows computers authorized by the purchased edition or license record. The software is licensed, not sold. A business may permit its employees and contractors to use an authorized installation solely for that business's internal print-production work, while remaining responsible for their compliance. 2. ACTIVATION AND LICENSE FILES The software may require a digitally signed activation file associated with a particular computer, customer, edition, feature set, and license term. You may not alter, forge, share, resell, or circumvent an activation file or activation control. Hardware replacement, operating-system reinstallation, or material computer changes may require reactivation. Contact BS4U with the activation request generated by the software when authorized reactivation is needed. 3. PERMITTED BUSINESS USE You may use the software to prepare customer-owned or properly licensed artwork, create DTF production files, produce gang sheets, generate proofs, estimate jobs, maintain shop records, and perform other enabled functions for your own print business. You retain responsibility for customer approvals, artwork rights, production decisions, prices, taxes, records, backups, and finished products. 4. RESTRICTIONS You may not: copy the software except for reasonable archival backup; distribute or make the installer publicly available; sell, sublicense, rent, lease, lend, host, or provide the software as a service; share a license outside the authorized customer organization; reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, bypass, defeat, or tamper with licensing, signing, update, or security functions except where applicable law expressly prohibits this restriction; remove proprietary notices; use the software to violate intellectual-property, privacy, export, or other laws; or use BS4U names, logos, interface assets, or documentation to create a competing or misleading product. 5. OWNERSHIP BS4U and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the software, interface, documentation, code, branding, updates, and related intellectual property. This Agreement grants only the limited use rights stated above. It does not transfer ownership or grant rights to BS4U trademarks. 6. ARTWORK AND CUSTOMER DATA You retain ownership of artwork and business information that you lawfully provide. Core production and shop records are designed for local storage. Optional online, email, training, update, or AI-related features may connect to third-party services only when configured or selected by the operator. You are responsible for lawful collection, use, retention, disclosure, export, and deletion of customer information and for maintaining appropriate backups. Do not submit artwork or data you lack authority to use. 7. DTF PRODUCTION RESPONSIBILITY DTF results depend on artwork, printer, driver or RIP, ink, film, powder, humidity, maintenance, curing, heat press, garment, color profile, and operator settings. Preview colors and calculated underbases may differ from physical output. Before production, you must inspect artwork, verify dimensions and orientation, review color and white layers, run preflight, make test prints, confirm curing and pressing parameters, and obtain customer approval when appropriate. No universal printer compatibility, exact color match, wash durability, regulatory result, or production outcome is promised. Physical-printer validation remains the operator's responsibility. 8. SHOP OPERATIONS, COSTING, EMAIL, AND AI OUTPUT CRM, inventory, costing, profit, tax, due-date, email, recommendation, and AI-assisted results are operational aids and may contain errors or depend on incomplete inputs. They are not accounting, tax, legal, safety, or professional advice. You must independently verify quotes, costs, margins, inventory, communications, deadlines, and recommendations before relying on them. You are responsible for email-provider authorization and message content. 9. UPDATES AND CHANGES BS4U may provide corrections, improvements, feature changes, security updates, or new versions. Updates may require acceptance of revised terms, a supported Windows version, or a valid license. Unless separately stated, an update is part of the software governed by this Agreement. BS4U is not obligated to provide every feature, integration, printer profile, or update indefinitely. 10. SUPPORT Support is provided under the support terms offered with your purchase. You may be asked for the application version, diagnostic package, license status, printer details, screenshots, and steps needed to reproduce a problem. Support does not include operating a customer's print shop, repairing third-party equipment, guaranteeing third-party services, or creating customer artwork unless separately purchased. 11. THIRD-PARTY COMPONENTS AND SERVICES The software may include or interact with third-party libraries, Windows components, printer drivers, RIP software, ICC profiles, browsers, email providers, websites, or training services. Those components and services may have separate terms and privacy practices. BS4U does not control and is not responsible for third-party availability, changes, fees, security, output, or compatibility. Third-party notices supplied with the software remain applicable. 12. PAYMENT AND REFUNDS Prices, computer limits, editions, taxes, payment terms, and refund eligibility are governed by the order confirmation and the refund policy displayed by the authorized seller at the time of purchase. Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated in that policy, license, activation, setup, customization, training, and support fees are non-refundable after delivery or activation. 13. LIMITED WARRANTY For thirty days after the original purchase, BS4U warrants that the delivered software will substantially perform the documented core functions on a supported Windows system when properly installed. Your exclusive remedy for a verified breach is, at BS4U's option, reasonable correction, replacement, or refund of the license price. This limited warranty does not cover misuse, unsupported equipment, altered files, malware, third-party changes, operator error, failure to follow documentation, or production consumables and output. 14. DISCLAIMER EXCEPT FOR THE EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY ABOVE AND TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SOFTWARE, DOCUMENTATION, OUTPUT, AND SUPPORT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." BS4U DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND RESULTS. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN DISCLAIMERS, SO SOME TERMS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. 15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BS4U WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST PRODUCTION, LOST DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, CUSTOMER CLAIMS, GARMENTS, FILM, INK, POWDER, SHIPPING, OR EQUIPMENT DAMAGE ARISING FROM THE SOFTWARE. BS4U'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE SOFTWARE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE AFFECTED LICENSE DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. THESE LIMITS APPLY EVEN IF A REMEDY FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE, SUBJECT TO RIGHTS THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE LIMITED. 16. INDEMNITY To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify BS4U from third-party claims arising from artwork or data you provide, products you manufacture, customer instructions, unlawful use, infringement, privacy violations, or material breach of this Agreement, except to the extent caused by BS4U's willful misconduct. 17. TERM AND TERMINATION This Agreement continues for the license term. It terminates automatically if you materially violate it and fail to cure a curable breach after notice. Upon termination, you must stop using and uninstall the software and destroy unauthorized copies. Provisions concerning ownership, restrictions, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, and dispute terms survive termination. 18. EXPORT AND LAWFUL USE You must comply with applicable export-control, sanctions, trade, intellectual-property, privacy, and other laws. You may not use or transfer the software where prohibited or for unlawful, dangerous, or deceptive activity. 19. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the consumer law of your residence must apply. The parties will first attempt in good faith to resolve a dispute informally. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, any court proceeding must be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in Alabama, and each party consents to that venue. 20. GENERAL TERMS You may not assign this Agreement without BS4U's written consent, except as part of an approved business transfer with all associated rights and obligations. BS4U may assign this Agreement as part of a merger, reorganization, or asset transfer. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions continue. Failure to enforce a term is not a waiver. This Agreement, the order confirmation, applicable seller policies, and included third-party notices form the complete agreement about the software and replace prior discussions concerning its license. 21.
